At Yours Life Coach by Jisha Prestige, I understand that coaching conversations can be personal and meaningful. I am committed to treating the information you share with care, respect, and confidentiality and to handling your personal information responsibly.
What you share during your coaching sessions will be treated as confidential. I will not intentionally share information from your coaching conversations with another person without your consent, except where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law.
Confidentiality may have legal limitations. Information may need to be disclosed where required by law, court order, or where disclosure is legally permitted because of a serious and immediate concern regarding the safety of the client or another person.
Coaching conversations are intended to provide a private and supportive environment for reflection, exploration, and personal growth. However, no method of communication or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Privacy
Yours Life Coach by Jisha Prestige respects your right to privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
Personal information may include your name, contact information, appointment details, payment information, and information that you voluntarily provide in connection with coaching services.
Personal information will be collected only for purposes that are reasonably necessary to provide and administer coaching services, communicate with you, schedule appointments, process payments, maintain appropriate business records, and meet applicable legal requirements.
We will limit the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal information to what is reasonably necessary for the purposes identified. Personal information will not be sold or used for unrelated purposes without appropriate consent.
Protection of your information
